OLLI makes registering, checking, and processing hours worked and costs exceptionally easy. The entire process—from input to invoicing—is streamlined within a single central system. Hours and costs can be submitted in several ways: directly by the supplier or professional via the comprehensive self-service module, or automatically via interface files that comply with the SETU standard. This allows OLLI to integrate seamlessly with existing work processes and systems.
The validation workflows are completely flexible and customizable. You can decide for yourself which links are part of the approval process, such as suppliers, hiring managers, and possibly an MSP/Broker. Each step takes place within OLLI, giving you constant insight into the status and complete audit trail of each registration.
Once hours have been approved, OLLI automatically generates payment proposals on a regular basis. These proposals are submitted to the supplier for approval in both PDF and UBL format, so that they can be used immediately for further processing. Once approved, these payment proposals are also automatically converted into purchase orders, which are delivered to your accounting package in both formats via an email link. This enables fast, error-free, and largely automated financial processing.
In addition, OLLI automatically generates sales orders for your customer based on the purchase orders processed during that period. These are also delivered to your accounting package as PDF and UBL files, ensuring that the entire invoicing process—from purchase to sale—runs seamlessly and efficiently.
