As soon as a document is about to expire or a file is no longer complete, OLLI takes immediate action and the person responsible receives a notification. This guarantees reliable, up-to-date, and compliant file management without any manual work.

What checks are there?

In OLLI, file checks are performed fully automatically. The platform continuously checks whether all required documents are present, valid, and up to date. Thanks to smart links to external sources, information is immediately validated to ensure it is correct and up to date.

File Completeness Check

As soon as a document is about to expire or is missing, OLLI flags this and automatically initiates actions to ensure that files remain complete and compliant without manual supervision.
Chamber of Commerce Check

Periodically, a supplier's details are automatically checked against the details stored with the Chamber of Commerce, including the status of the organization, address details, and SBI codes.
WetDBA Screening Check

When accepting new assignments, OLLI automatically performs a check to verify that the WetDBA screening has been successfully completed.
Self-Billing Check

The system automatically checks whether all necessary settings have been correctly implemented for suppliers for whom self-billing has been activated.
