Workspaces and Contexts
Within OLLI, organizations work with completely separate workspaces, allowing each environment to manage its own settings, data, and processes. This ensures security, clarity, and autonomy for each workspace. The only exception to this is the talent pool, which is globally available across all workspaces. This keeps talent centrally accessible and allows you to easily deploy candidates to multiple parts of the organization.
User contexts in OLLI offer a smart way to automatically filter data within a workspace based on the user. For example, an employee can only see information that is relevant to a specific client, location, or label. This creates a clear and efficient working environment, where each user has direct access to the data that is important to them.
Multi-tenant or not? The choice is yours.
OLLI's back office uses workspaces and user contexts, allowing each organization to tailor the environment entirely to its own processes and preferences. This setup goes beyond a traditional multi-tenant implementation, because you not only have data separation, but also flexibility in design and access levels.
The self-service portal, which suppliers, employees, and clients use on a daily basis, is always fully multi-tenant. This means that multiple organizations can use the same platform securely and independently, while sensitive data remains strictly separated.
OLLI combines the best of both worlds: customization and autonomy in the back office, and secure, shared access for external users in the portal.
