Onefellow launches Olli: from fragmentation to a single platform

Onefellow, a nationwide recruitment agency specializing in IT professionals and other fields, recently implemented Olli as its central platform for service delivery. For this relatively young organization, this was a significant step toward supporting further growth and streamlining its processes.
A conversation with Roxy Taskin about implementation and day-to-day operations
At Onefellow, Roxy plays a multifaceted role at the intersection of finance, contracts, back-office operations, and HR. She played a key role on the Onefellow side during the implementation.
She began by explaining a bit more about Onefellow’s services: “We primarily work with our own candidates and freelancers from our own network, but we also collaborate with other staffing agencies and their professionals to take the burden off our clients throughout the entire process—from (external) recruitment to invoicing. That end-to-end service made the need for an integrated system all the more pressing.”
Why Olli: From Separate Tools to a Single Centralized Environment
The decision to choose Olli stemmed from a clear need: structure, clarity, and scalability. In addition, they were specifically looking for a solution that would allow the market itself to play a more active role: “We were looking for a system where suppliers and professionals could also register with us, without losing that personal touch.”
Another key consideration was the consolidation of tools: “It’s nice to have everything in a single portal, rather than having to purchase four or five separate applications.” With Olli, Onefellow brings time tracking, contract management, and digital signing together in a single platform. The result: “With these steps, we’re creating room for more personalized attention in our process with clients, candidates, and suppliers. That’s a key differentiator for us.”
